Professional Vocal Recording — Recording of the agreed feature and chorus/hook
Vocal Stems — Dry and/or processed stems provided for mixing
Creative Collaboration — Vocals tailored to the song’s agreed creative direction
Commercial Release Permission — Permission to release the completed song commercially, subject to the agreed terms
Artist Credit — Proper credit for LiyaZ and other Artists on the song and applicable release platforms
Social Promotion — Promotional post and/or story supporting the song’s release
Standard Turnaround — Delivery within the agreed production timeframe
Not Included:
Additional verses beyond the agreed feature
Extensive songwriting or full song writing
Beat production or instrumental creation
Mixing or mastering
Music video appearance
Paid advertising or full promotional campaigns
Publishing ownership beyond LiyaZ’s actual songwriting contribution
Payment: 50% Deposit/50% Due Upon Completion
If LiyaZ contributes original songwriting to the chorus, hook, or other portions of the song, publishing and songwriting credits will be determined separately based on the actual creative contribution.
